I can’t say enough good things about Joe. After saving us from a complete disaster with our former loan officer- Joe took control and go right down to fixing our loan in a complete time crunch. His straight forward approach was exactly what we needed. Joe asked us numerous questions about our specific situation- questions our previous loan officer never did- and combined specif loan rules with his own thoughts and found a solution to our problem. He called directly to Fannie Mae, talked over our problem and his solution and they agreed that it was 100% acceptable.
