For credit scores over 700 there are 27 programs and up to $75,000 available.

For credit scores over 680 there are 24 programs and up to $75,000 available.

For credit scores over 660 there are 18 programs and up to $75,000 available.

For credit scores over 650 there are 16 programs and up to $75,000 available.

For credit scores over 640 there are 12 programs and up to $75,000 available.

For credit scores over 620 there are 4 programs and up to $26,350 available.

Income guidelines are based on the Area Median Income or AMI.

Most programs are based on having income at or below 115% of the AMI.

For incomes above 115% AMI, there are 4 programs and up to $26,350 available.

For borrowers with 10% down, there is 1 program with up to $500,000 available in matching down payment assistance.
